"Find happiness in ordinary things, and keep your sense of ." - Boyd K. Packer1
Every good Mormon boy and girl knows the scriptures are important. The scriptures teach us how to live according to the commandments and they provide us with revelation and peace in our turbulent lives. But how often do we study our scriptures? I mean really study them? Although we might hate to admit it, I think most of us are actually missing out on many great insights when we do our scripture study. Although we study the words, we don't always catch the special messages hidden within our quadruple combinations. There are verses in the scriptures about things you wouldn't believe.

It’s no surprise that Utah Mormons tend to be conservative. We believe in religious values, traditional families, and in owning large hotel franchises. Mitt Romney is Mormon, Glenn Beck is Mormon, and Utah hasn’t voted for a Democrat in a presidential election since 19641. (I know some of you are furiously googling right now to prove me wrong about 1964. Sorry, but it’s true.) Utah has long been a very patriotic state, and Mormon leaders have preached time and again about the inspired founding of this country.

" One can still find ...that entertain and uplift"
- Elder M. Russell Ballard1
Utah Mormons love a lot of things, but if there’s one thing we definitely love, it’s movies. Recently the Church came out with its own movie, a feature-length documentary entitled Meet the Mormons. This film is a milestone in both Mormon history and the history of cinema. Never before has the Church been officially represented on the silver screen.
